​About this Virtual Series

​​Women Leading Life Sciences virtual series is committed to inspiring and empowering young women in life sciences to step into leadership roles and advancing gender equity by breaking down barriers.

​​We provide a platform where emerging talent can directly learn from the experiences of established women leaders by hearing their stories, and seek guidance and advice by sharing the challenges they face.

​​About Lori

​​We’re excited to keep the momentum going with our second session in December, featuring Dr. Lori Morton, Senior Vice President of Cardiovascular and Fibrosis Research at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.

​Dr. Morton leads a team dedicated to discovering and validating new target for the treatments of various cardiovascular and fibrotic diseases, working closely with other research teams to bring new therapies from lab to clinic. Beyond her scientific contributions, Dr. Morton is a passionate advocate for women in STEM, serving as the executive sponsor for WISER (Women in Industry, Science, and Engineering at Regeneron).
