Peter founded Ad Exchange Group and in less than 6 years, Ad Exchange has delivered over $1 billion in revenue for its clients and became one of the fastest growing marketing company to reach $100M in just 19 months. Mr. Nguyen is an accomplished investor, operator and serial entrepreneur and has built some of the fastest growing companies in various sectors including energy, film and entertainment, FinTech, e-commerce technology, real estate, logistics, and customer support space. Peter was a National Finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and won Entrepreneur in Excellence by recognized industry organizations.
Barron Zuo:
Barron Zuo, Head of E-commerce CPG at AliExpress, brings over a decade of expertise in affiliate marketing and digital growth. With a proven track record of driving brand success in the U.S. market, he specializes in leveraging innovative strategies to optimize e-commerce performance and foster impactful brand partnerships. He is based in Pasadena CA and has two dogs.
Harvey Fine
Harvey Fine is a Managing Director of Pendulum Holdings, an investment and advisory firm. Mr. Fine was formerly Managing Director at BDT & MSD Partners, a merchant bank that provides advice and long-term capital through its affiliated investment funds to family and founder-led businesses. Previously, Mr. Fine helped build Fosun Group’s global, direct investment platform as Managing Director. Prior to joining Fosun in 2010, Mr. Fine served as Managing Director for Galileo Global Advisors, where he sourced, managed and executed cross-border and emerging market M&A transactions and investments and led the firm’s China practice and worked at several family offices prior to that. Mr. Fine holds a Masters degree in International Finance Columbia University, where he was a Research Assistant for Nobel Laureate Professor Joseph Stiglitz, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fine is a Board Member of Alexander Wang, Inc. and serves on the Advisory Board of RX Partners Ltd, a London-based multi-family office. He was previously a Board Member of several privately-held companies, including Magine, Cirque du Soleil and St John Knits, and was Chairman of Fosun’s China Momentum Fund Limited Partner Advisory Committee.
Onur Celik
Onur Çelik’s nearly 20-year journey in consumer goods has spanned companies across all stages of the business lifecycle, as a consultant, executive and entrepreneur. As the CEO and co-founder of EnergyDefensePlus he is excited about making wellness accessible to all and is on a mission to disrupt a single-brand, $1 billion energy shot market with a sustainable, healthier alternative. Onur grew up in the Netherlands and started his career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey, living in London, Cairo, Istanbul, Lagos and Shanghai. He later took on the role of Head of Product and Chief Strategy Officer at blu, where he helped grow the vaping brand to over $300 million before its acquisition and integration by a tobacco company. Onur also serves on the board of medical cannabis company, Leafwell.
