About your hosts:
Emily Chertow, she/her, is the founder of @journalingclasses. She is a Brooklyn-based creative, often spending time in parks with friends and coffee shops with her journal. Emily is passionate about advocating for mental health, human connection, and the power of putting pen to paper. Emily has put pen to paper with over 10k people and is passionate about holding space that is inclusive, safe, and welcoming to all!
David is a Career Content Creator, Social Media Strategist, and Studio Host. He started creating content as a creative outlet for himself while working a job that felt monotonous and uninspiring. it began with a love of fashion and grew into a visual diary of his self-confidence journey. Over the last 6 years, he followed his passion and now creates and consults full-time. His most recent passion is helping creatives and small business owners navigate the world of social media and use it to create their dream careers. Thread Studio is a production and photo studio and a community space for creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, social media content professionals, and anyone who wants to build a community IRL.
