Panelists

  • Hsu Ken Ooi – Managing Partner at Iterative
    Hsu Ken is an investor with firsthand experience in building, scaling and selling companies. In 2008, he co-founded Decide.com, an early machine-learning startup that predicted consumer goods pricing and was acquired by eBay. He went on to co-found Weave (YC S14), which was later acquired by Lunch Club. Hsu Ken has also worked as Chief Product Officer at Workmate, an on-demand staffing platform in Southeast Asia.

  • Helen Wong, Managing Partner at AC Ventures
    Helen has been in venture capital for over 20 years, starting her career in Silicon Valley and later investing across China and Southeast Asia. Prior to AC Ventures, she held Partner roles at GGV Capital and Qiming Ventures, where her track record in identifying promising market leaders has made her a key figure in the VC space. Her experience includes four unicorns and ten exits.

  • Arun Pai – Principal at Monk’s Hill Ventures
    Arun is a Principal at Monk’s Hill Ventures, based in Singapore, with just under 20 years of experience in finance and tech start-ups. Prior to joining MHV, he was the Chief Sales & Strategy Officer at Flow, an ethical AI enabled credit management company; while his startup journey began as a founding team member at Kristal.AI - a WealthTech platform aiming to digitize Private Banking.

  • Serena Lam Founder at Fuzzy Sequence
    Serena the founder of Fuzzy Sequence, a sales tool that personalises outreach at scale. Serena has led product in fast-growing startups (Mr Yum - Series A $89M, Geo $6M, BBT Club $1.2M) and tech at large-scale enterprises (IBM, ANZ).
