The session will be led by Rory Horne, a seasoned user researcher with over 10 years of experience at top companies like Google and Meta, as well as multiple fintech organizations. Known for his knack for asking the right questions, Rory now trains startups on conducting effective customer discovery research, sharing his approach to gathering insights that matter.
