About Donatella
Donatella Caggiano is the founder of belonging in between, a studio practice & consultancy bases in Milan and working globally dedicated to transforming siloed groups into thriving communities through the design of relational spaces during transitions.
Inspired by her own experience as an in-betweener, she is passionate about creating environments where people can feel at home even in adaptive times of change.
After a decade as a Global Public Relations Executive for leading brands, she transitioned to human-centric experience design for belonging and equity.
Today she collaborates as a belonging designer, facilitator and speaker with global companies, cultural institutions, and entrepreneurs to foster connection and dialogue, building community creative practices that thrive in the in-between.
