Pen to Paper
Looking Back and Writing On
As the year comes to an end, let us reflect on the theme of memory and manifestation.
In this session, you'll learn to strengthen your writing skills, whether it's a regular practice or a new hobby. We'll start with a grounding meditation and moment of connection among the group before moving into fun and challenging writing exercises to massage every nook and cranny of your brain. Then, we'll move into a more prominent prompt that will allow you to both reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future through storytelling and scene work.
This workshop will be a safe space for reflection and creative expression without judgment. We will have ample opportunity to share work or personal experiences to explore vulnerability, language, humor, poetry, and storytelling.
The workshop is excellent for solo writers or a fantastic way to connect with partners and friends! This is a beginner-friendly class with opportunities for feedback and deeper instruction.
Instruction and facilitation by Rachel Herron.
